Accounts come with cPanel Control Panel. What is it?

cPanel Control Panel is an administration website for all aspects of you hosting.
 
Once you order hosting from us you receive an email with a series of settings (as seen here). By entering the address of your control panel into your web browser (eg. Internet Explorer) you will be asked for a username and password from your setup email.
 
After entering the settings you are displayed a screen where you can choose to make adjustments to your website, create email addresses, see your site's statistics, and further useful tasks
 
Some of the features of your control panel include:

  • Add, remove, or create a default email accounts
  • Administer Sub-domains and monitor their stats
  • Setup Email Auto Responders and Forwarders
  • Download Raw Access Logs
  • Configure Spam Assassin
  • Control FTP Accounts
  • Create custom Error Pages
  • Maintain your MySQL database(s)
  • Restrict public access to certain directories
  • Administer Mailing Lists
  • Create a chat room
  • Use pre-installed CGI scripts
  • Administer your Interchange or Shopping Cart
  • Use your Web-based File Manager

When you first login you will see the main page similar to this -
